Pre-School Program: Everyone Deserves Respect

All people and cultures should be respected. Learning about different cultures helps children learn to respect, celebrate, and appreciate diversity. These programs will use age appropriate lessons to foster appreciation for diverse people and cultures. Space is limited. RSVP and masks required. All programs begin at 10:00 am on the second Wednesday of the month. Please use the RSVP form below to reserve your spot.

January 13 – In January we will study the beauty in different skin-tone and hair texture.

February 10 – In February we will play games that will help identify unique cultural customs.

March 10 – In March we will study people and cultures from around the world.

April 14 – In April we will explore music and dance from different cultures and ethnicities that are represented in America.

May 12 – May will be the culmination of our series with our students showing what they’ve learned about other cultures and how they can be nice to people who look different from them.
