Movies at Sunset: Green Book

In celebration of our Route 41 exhibit, enjoy the new classic road trip film “Green Book.” We’ll be showing it outside, under the stars on the museum’s lawn – bring your own chairs and snacks. We’ll supply the free popcorn. Mahershala Ali stars as an African-American classical pianist who tours through the segregated American South in the 1960s. His working-class Italian-American driver is played by Viggo Mortensen. Released in 2018, “Green Book” won Academy Awards for Best Picture, Original Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor.
