Ice cream socials are a traditional gathering, dating back to the 18th century in North America. The first one recorded in America was in 1744, when Maryland governor Thomas Bladen served ice cream for a dinner party. Ice cream for dinner? Yum! “Float” in for a good old-fashioned time and enjoy a treat of your creation from the toppingstravagent sundae bar (don’t forget the sprinkles!). Grab some sidewalk chalk and draw a masterpiece, play a game of hopscotch, or see how long you can hula-hoop!
All ages welcome, but best for ages 5-12. Drop in from 10 am to 1 pm. No reservations necessary.
