Pineapple Day

Marco Island Historical Museum 180 S Heathwood Dr, Marco Island, FL

Pineapples played a vital role to the early development of Marco Island. We celebrate this wonderful tropical fruit with pineapple recipes, demonstrations, games, toys, and prizes. We will also share bits of pioneer Marco Island history and how this area once hosted three major pineapple farms. Wearing your favorite pineapple themed outfits is strongly encouraged.
